Halstead Cricket Club EGM  

Nominations for the position of President of Halstead Cricket Club, made vacant by the death of Peter Rawlinson, have now closed and two worthy candidates have been proposed and seconded : Brian Firmin and Stuart Berger.   

In accordance with the Club's constitution a secret ballot will be held at the Extraordinary General Meeting, called specifically to carry out this election, on Wednesday 4th February in the pavilion at Star Stile, at 7.30pm. There is no postal voting, or voting by proxy, and only votes cast at the EGM will be accepted.  

Nominations for the position of a third Halstead Cricket Club trustee, made vacant by the death of Peter Rawlinson, have also now closed and as only one name was put forward David Rawlinson is now appointed Trustee.
