The committee would like to thank all those who took the trouble to help out over the last three days.
It just goes to prove how much can be achieved in a short space of time with some willing hands.
Let's hope the lesson is not lost in the future.
There are some outstanding works to complete particularly outside as the weather wasn't that helpful.
John Edwards is completing the sightscreen frames and David Hume is doing the entrance gate.
Trevor Cooper will complete any outstanding work to the changing rooms on Thursday.
In order to be ready for the start of the season this leaves the following tasks that must be done:
- Complete netting to net facility
- Painting the containers needs completing
- Toilets need a coat of paint
- Roll on covers need assembling
- Social area of the pavilion will need good clean including carpet and windows.
The long Easter weekend presents a good opportunity to get these jobs done so please try and spare some time to come along.
