2016 League Placements

We have this week received confirmation of our placement within the leagues for 2016.

Once again we will be running three Saturday sides in the Two Counties Cricket Championship and one Sunday side in the North Essex Cricket League.

1st XI -
Division One. Sudbury's promotion means that Braintree, Copford and Haverhill step up to join Division One.

2nd XI -
Division Three. Our promotion alongside Haverhill II and Tuddenham, along with Kelvedon & Feering and Sudbury II's relegation make up the new boys in Division Three.

3rd XI -
Division Seven. A reorganisation of the leagues below see us in the third bottom tier, with a non-regionalised Division Eight sitting as a buffer to the regionalised Division Nines. Sudbury III and Ipswich III were relegated to Seven, whilst our fellow regional champions were Stowupland and Brantham.

Sunday
We have - at our request - been moved to Division Three on a Sunday. This league has been reorganised and the Cup and Plate competitions have been suspended for 2016. This means that there will be a higher volume of friendlies organised as and when we have received fixtures.
