Match report With neither team able to move from their Division Seven position, Halstead's trip to Worlingworth was a season ending dead rubber.

Having won the toss, Dave Brooker elected to bat and lost Charles Mallet (0) in the first over to Chilvers.

Liam Jones and Mark Bloomfield compiled runs slowly before Jones fell to Rodwell for 11.

Bloomfield (60) and Taylor Nicholson (60) added fifty for the third wicket, Bloomfield passing the half century mark in consecutive 3rd XI appearances before being caught off of Payne.

Simon Rippingale (60*) added rapid unbeaten half century alongside Nicholson (60) as the pair put on 100 runs for the fourth wicket, Halstead closing on 215-6 with Chilvers returning to finish with 4-61.

Sam Paisley took the solitary wicket of the Worlingworth reply as Aldis (14) was caught at slip by Bloomfield, before rain accounted for the fixture.
