Match report Mark Bloomfield's 3rd XI remain unbeaten after completing the first comprehensive win of the weekend over Ipswich & East Suffolk II.

Morgan Whymark (2-16) and Andrew Jones (1-19) were in the wickets early on as the visitors only had one batsman scoring over 11 runs.

Callum Hansey (1-15) and a Mark Harris run-out continued the trend, before Ben Roper (3-10) and Harris (2-19) cleaned up the tail to bowl Ipswich & East Suffolk out for 89, Tom Hughes (30) top scoring for the visitors.

Despite the early wicket of Bloomfield (1) - one of two wickets for Michael Rouse (2-35) - Taylor Nicholson (52) and Matt Cooper (34*) saw the 3rd XI to their target, Nicholson falling shortly after bring up his 50, to leave Sam Hawes (1*) to see the side home.
